“ The Cocktail Bar is an amazing find where the bar staff us so friendly and accommodating. Make sure to try their signature Jalapeno margaritas, the are amazing. The food here is really good too, personally I love their chili and the prices are very good too. Great atmosphere, great food in and great drinks - a super place for a bunch of friends to get together and have fun. Update: wow now there is a restaurant upstairs (Los Compadres) can't wait to try that. ”
“ This bar/restaurant has become our "hangout" place. Full bar and good menu. My son and I decided to order all 6 of the varieties of chicken wings. The flavors were all different and so good. Next time we'll actually order a meal. Awesome. The owners and all patrons were fun to visit with and learn more about the local history. Dare I say "Cheers". ”
“ My husband and I went for Wednesday trivia night. The restaurant is quite quaint. The food was so delicious. I had the nachos which I normally would never order but a saw someone else's and it looked good. The chips were covered completely. My husband has the lemon pepper wings and I had one and omgosh it was delicious. They were so juicy and crispy. I will be ordering them next Wednesday when we're there for trivia night again. I also had a Pina colada and it was good a well. The bathroom is small but clean. Our waitress was really efficient at taking our order and bringing it out and then cleaning our table. ”

“ A last minute referral on a late Sunday evening brought us to this rooftop restaurant. It was explained immediately that the kitchen had a huge order on the go and that there would be a delay of about 30 minutes for food. After taking our drink orders, our server, Michael, suggested we order starters and mains right away to get in the queue, which we did. While we waited, he brought us our drinks and tortilla chips to tide us over. Michael was extremely attentive coming by to check on us. The food arrived and the calamari was hot and perfect, the ceviche beautifully presented. The shrimp burger and fish and chips were just delicious. Kudos to the kitchen staff! It was a wonderful meal in a friendly, congenial atmosphere with a cool breeze on a rooftop. No wonder they have so many returning customers! ”

Staff are super friendly and welcoming, as well as extremely adept at mixology. Bar snacks (wings, burgers, etc.) are available and delicious. Prices, too, are fair by Ajijic standards. This place has become a regular hangout. Highly recommended. ”
